related to dental services. You can expect to receive up to 5 messages per week.
Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of receiving these messages
at any time by following the instructions provided in each message.

Your Mobile Carrier

AllOn4 Liaison’s is not responsible for any delays, failures
in delivery, or any other issues related to the transmission or receipt of text
messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by
your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed by AllOn4 Liaison’s.

Subscribing To Our Service
